Frequently Asked Questions.

Is it really possible to obtain valuable information from surveying only one person?

Is it really possible to obtain valuable information from surveying only one person?

Absolutely. The value comes from two elements; one, very strategic questions, and two, a framework which serves a lens to better understand the drivers of performance. While it is true that the health checks are based on the subjective feedback of the survey respondent, the framework filters and structures the answers to minimise bias and provide directional insight. Health checks can provide enormous value by helping shape your thinking about how to best approach improving productivity, identify areas worthy of deeper analysis and provide key input into the prioritisation of improvement initiatives.

What is the difference between the Company, Remote and Personal Productivity Health Checks?

What is the difference between the Company, Remote and Personal Productivity Health Checks?

While all health checks use a similar approach, they focus on very different areas or demographics. The Company PHC focuses on the key drivers of organisational productivity, the Remote PHC focuses specifically on the niche areas which relate to the productivity of remote workforces, and the Personal PHC focuses on the key drivers of personal productivity.

We are a remote (or hybrid) workforce, which Productivity Health Check should I take?

We are a remote (or hybrid) workforce, which Productivity Health Check should I take?

That depends on your goals. If you are looking to a get broad view of all the drivers of performance at your organisation, the Company PHC would be the most appropriate. If you're looking to take a deeper dive exclusively into the key productivity drivers of remote workforces, you should take the Remote PHC. Note, the Remote PHC is not a parallel version of the Company PHC for remote workforces, it is a deeper look into the niche areas which drive remote productivity.

How do health checks differ from diagnostic tools?

How do health checks differ from diagnostic tools?

Health checks are rapid productivity reviews based on the questionnaire completed by one business leader. They are designed to give a fast, affordable and private overview of the organisation’s productivity indicators. Diagnostics are more comprehensive assessments which take from a few weeks to a few months to complete. Diagnostics may consist of employee surveys, interviews, objective reviews against performance frameworks and criteria, financial analysis and modelling and more.

Our Productivity Health Checks are a low risk, low cost option. More details can be found on each of the respective health check webpages: Company PHC, Remote PHC and Personal PHC.
